The creator of the Kekius meme gave the idea for a second Elon alt account called "Biggus Dickus." He is not the first person to mention the same meme, as others have referenced it as well.
If we dig deeper, Elon posted the same meme years ago with a video of the "Biggus Dickus" clip. Not long ago, Elon even changed his name to "Naughtius Maximus," which also comes from the video.
We can surely affirm that the "Biggus Dickus" meme started all the Roman Empire hype.
